1. Who we are

Beach Media is an AI marketing solutions company based in Dana Point, California. We build and run marketing campaigns, websites and conversion funnels for businesses in legal, insurance, home services, financial services, healthcare and other industries nationwide, including the intake that helps people who respond to those campaigns reach the right business.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, company and mailing address.
• Details about your request, for example the service you are interested in, your industry or the information you type into a form or tell us on a call.
• Communications, including messages, emails and, where permitted by law and disclosed to you, recordings or transcripts of calls.
• Your consent choices, such as whether and when you agreed to receive text messages, and any opt-out request.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our websites and landing pages we and our service providers may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies. This helps us measure our advertising, prevent fraud and improve our pages.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google and TikTok), data verification and fraud-prevention services, and the businesses we work with, for example to confirm that contact details are valid or that a request is genuine.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the information or services you request.
• To pass your request to the client whose campaign you responded to, and to follow up on it.
• To contact you by email, phone or text message about your inquiry, where you have given any consent the law requires.
• To verify information, prevent fraud and protect the security of our services.

• To comply with law, enforce our terms and protect our rights and the rights of others.

4. How we share information

• With the client whose campaign you responded to. When you submit a request through a campaign or landing page we run on behalf of a client, we provide the details you submitted to that client, as named or described on the page, so they can respond to you. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
• With service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, form processing, email, analytics, call and messaging platforms, and data verification. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
• For legal reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Beach Media, our clients or others.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Cookies and advertising

We and our advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to measure the performance of our campaigns and, in some cases, to show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can learn about opting out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described in Section 10.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting, consent-record and reporting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.

7. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
• Calls: ask us during a call, or contact us, to be placed on our internal do-not-call list.

9. Sensitive and health-related information

Some of our campaigns help people find services related to health, insurance, legal matters or finances. If you share sensitive information with us, such as information about a health condition, treatment, disability claim or financial situation, we use it only to respond to your request and to pass it to the client whose campaign you responded to, and we obtain any consent the law requires before collecting or sharing it. We do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics about you or for unrelated advertising.

10. Your privacy rights in the United States

Beach Media markets nationwide. Depending on the state you live in, you may have some or all of these rights regarding your personal information:

• to confirm whether we process your personal information and to access it;
• to correct inaccuracies;
• to delete it;
• to obtain a portable copy;
• to opt out of the sale of your personal information, of targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising, and of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects;
• to limit or withhold consent to the processing of sensitive personal information; and
• not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We extend these choices to every U.S. visitor, not only residents of states whose laws require them.

How to make a request: email info@beachmedia.io with the subject "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you want to exercise and the state you live in. We will verify your request using information you provide and respond within the time the applicable law requires. You may use an authorized agent, who must show us your signed permission.

Appeals: if we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing info@beachmedia.io with the subject "Privacy Request Appeal." We will respond to your appeal in writing, explaining our decision. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

Opting out of sales and targeted advertising: providing your request to the client whose campaign you responded to, or using cookies for advertising, may be considered a "sale," "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws. To opt out, email info@beachmedia.io with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out where the law recognizes them.

Additional information for California residents

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 2 (identifiers, contact information, commercial and inquiry information, internet or other electronic activity and, if you provide it, sensitive information about your circumstances) for the business purposes in Section 3, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients in Section 4. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes by contacting us at the address below.

Nevada residents

Nevada residents may submit a request directing us not to sell certain covered information by emailing info@beachmedia.io with the subject "Nevada Opt-Out."

11. Children

Our websites and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other sites

Our pages may link to websites operated by others, including the businesses we work with. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
